College Street Health Care Center offers both short and long-term care for the individuals suffering with heart disease, COPD, Diabetes, and a variety of other diagnoses.
Our experienced nurses monitor our residents’ health status, administer medication and ensure physician orders for other treatments are followed. They also coordinate the services and care of other health care providers such as specialists.
Our staff of physicians, nurses and aides are experienced in treating a wide variety of illnesses and symptoms including pain, shortness of breath, wounds, and infections.
